Yes, we do! We offer free shipping on orders over 200€.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days. Upon return, we will refund the full purchase price. The product needs to be returned in an undamaged condition.

We can send our customers from the Czech Republic a return label on request, free of charge. Unfortunately, return costs from abroad are borne by the customer - thank you for your understanding.

The material is extremely light and yet robust. It has textured surface that creates natural feel, look and will disperse the light evenly.

Our cables are 2m long and can be shortened to the desired length very easily.

We can also supply longer cable lengths on request.

Yes, there is a wide range of cable colors. All available upon request for a small extra charge.

We use a standard E27 socket, which offers maximum flexibility in the choice of light source - any E27 LED bulb (4-13 watts) can be used, including dimmable bulbs.

We recommend 2700k bulb for the best lighting experience.

Please note, light bulbs are not included in the delivery.
